<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>

<li>5+ years of experience in an HRBP role, or an equivalent combination of HRBP and HR Generalist experience.</li>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.</li>

<p>At Epic Games, we&#39;re searching for an HR Partner to create engaging experiences for our talented employees. As an HR Partner, you will work with our global HR teams and partner closely with Compensation, Benefits, L&amp;D, and Recruitment teams.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide proactive coaching to business units in talent and career development, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and manager coaching.</li>
<li>Leverage people data to diagnose issues, recommend actions, and measure outcomes for the teams you support.</li>
<li>Attend business team status meetings to understand the business, people, and changes on projects, teams, and their effect on the business and our people.</li>
<li>Lead and support change management initiatives and acquisition integration as needed.</li>
<li>Partner with business leaders globally to build plans, projects, and trainings in partnership with other HR teams.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 6+ years of HR Generalist and HRBP experience, including partnering with senior leaders.</li>
<li>Experience exceeding and delivering results in a complex global fast-paced organization.</li>
<li>Expertise in navigating ambiguous situations with high levels of autonomy.</li>
<li>Practical experience using data to identify trends, inform decisions, and evaluate the impact of HR initiatives.</li>
<li>Excellent project management skills.</li>
<li>Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working in a virtual environment.</li>
</ul>

<li>New York City Base Pay Range: $114,707—$168,237 USD.</li>
<li>California Base Pay Range: $100,943—$148,049 USD.</li>
<li>Washington Base Pay Range: $91,766—$134,589 USD.</li>
