strategies and execution</li>\n<li>Lead catering execution</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate degree in hospitality management</li>\n<li>7+ years of leadership experience within the food service industry in a high-volume multi-concept operation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills and Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manager-level food safety certification</li>\n<li>Experience opening new operations and/or creating operational procedures from the ground up for high-volume, multi-unit establishments</li>\n<li>Beverage and wine knowledge including bar management and fundamentals</li>\n<li>Advanced understanding of modern marketing fundamentals and tools</li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of customer service and safe kitchen
