This posting is intended to build relationships with candidates for potential future openings and does not represent an active role at this time.</p>\n<p>This role focuses primarily on Instagram, with TikTok as a secondary channel, and is ideal for creators who love blending education, inspiration, and strategy to grow and engage audiences.</p>\n<p>What These Roles May Involve</p>\n<p>Depending on company needs, future Social Media Manager roles may include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Content Strategy &amp; Creation</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Developing and executing a high-quality content strategy for Instagram and TikTok aligned with Wonderschool’s mission</p>\n<p>Creating engaging, inspiring, and educational content (Reels, Stories, TikToks, carousels, etc.)</p>\n<p>Crafting content that inspires child care providers to pursue high-quality programs and financial freedom</p>\n<p>Developing parenting content that encourages and supports caregivers</p>\n<p>Creating messaging that empowers educators to grow their income and careers</p>\n<p>Staying current on trends in early education, neuroscience, finance, and digital marketing</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Community Growth &amp; Engagement</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Building and nurturing an engaged community through comments, DMs, and conversations</p>\n<p>Developing relationships with influencers, educators, and child care advocates</p>\n<p>Identifying and testing growth strategies to increase followership, particularly among women aged 20–30</p>\n<p>Leveraging user-generated content and collaborations to expand brand reach</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analytics &amp; Performance Optimization</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Tracking and analyzing performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, etc.)</p>\n<p>Running experiments to optimize content formats, hashtags, and posting cadence</p>\n<p>Sharing regular insights and recommendations to improve performance and impact</p>\n<p>What We’re Generally Looking For</p>\n<p>Strong storytelling skills and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences</p>\n<p>Proven experience growing and managing Instagram and TikTok accounts</p>\n<p>Deep understanding of social media trends, formats, and best practices</p>\n<p>Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing and optimizing performance</p>\n<p>Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite)</p>\n<p>Passion for education, child care, and financial empowerment</p>\n<p>Comfort working independently with high ownership and creativity</p>\n<p>Compensation (Future Opportunities – California)</p>\n<p>For future Social Media Manager roles based in California, the expected compensation range will vary depending on scope, level, and employment type (full-time, part-time, or contract). A good-faith base pay range will be shared if and when an active role becomes available.
