Key Responsibilities: Setup, execute and analyze test experiments per test procedures and record findings into test records Support with builds of test harnesses, racks, and environmental setups Improve and update automation, consistency, and coverage per engineering instructions Troubleshoot and repair of electrical, electronics and integrated circuits to the component level Maintain and calibrate electrical and/or mechanical test equipment Create assembly instructions and bill of materials for test equipment and fixtures Document test plans, user instructions and manuals Operate a clean and safe work environment Travel to test sites and external laboratories as required

Requirements: 4+ years of electronics testing experience in an R&D environment Familiarity with reading electrical system and component schematics Familiarity with product development life cycle, reliability, and compliance testing Familiarity with electronics test equipment such as power supplies, electronic loads, oscilloscope, function generators, data acquisition and measurement sensors Strong root cause analysis skills Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills Able to pivot quickly between tasks and prioritize simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years electronics experience including testing Associate degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Technologies, or related fields Familiarity with IPC Quality Standards, IPC-610, IPC-620, J-STD and other assembly and inspection standards Experience with High Voltage and High Power Testing such as propulsion inverters and batteries Experience with equipment calibration and metrology Experience with electrical compliance testing such as EMI/EMC testing

As an Integration and Test Technician, you will:

• Support the use of 'Test' as a design tool to accelerate component, system and subsystem maturation from discrete bench tests to production representative Vehicle, Mission and Support Systems
• Assemble complex electro-mechanical subsystems, high quality wire harnesses, test racks, junction boxes, and associated components involving hand soldering and component assembly and integration
• Build, sustain and operate highly representative Hardware In the Lab (HIL) and Hardware In The Loop (HITL) physical integration environments, including high voltage, high power hybrid powertrain testbeds
• Integrate developmental subsystems into uncrewed surrogate platforms (Group 2 and 3 UAS), and support ongoing flight test and maintenance operations
• Act with a strong safety mindset (stop, think, do) to execute work safely in experimental environments with the aim of eliminating potential harm to team members
• Support Test Readiness Reviews (TRR), ensuring that tests can be safety and efficiently conducted
• Execute test procedures across integration environments, efficiently capturing and reporting learnings
• Maintain configuration control of integration environments
• Support build, ground and flight test of prototype and production representative Omen Systems

The ideal candidate will have:

• Associate Degree (or similar) in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Technologies, or related fields
• 5+ years of component, electrical and electronics build and test experience in an R&D environment and exposure to manufacturing settings with rigorous quality systems (such as Aerospace, Electronics, or Medical industries)
• Participation in building and operating HIL/HITL/IRON BIRD environments for flight vehicles
• Experience in operating and maintaining Group 2 or 3 UAS (or larger)
• Competency in reading electrical system and component schematics, and capturing 'as-built' configurations
• Proficiency with electronics test equipment such as power supplies, electronic loads, oscilloscope, function generators, data acquisition and diagnostic sensors
• Knowledge of electronics/communications/integration troubleshooting, experience in debug of common protocols such as CAN/Ethernet/Serial
• Experience with high voltage and high power testing such as propulsion inverters, batteries and hybrid powertrains
• Competency with Linux and command line interface as well as software debugging preferable
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills

• Eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance in United States, United Kingdom, or Australia desirable
