<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Identify, prospect, and close high-value opportunities specifically targeting major global game publishers and developers.</li>
<li>Expertly sell the full suite of Engage Marketing Services, tailored for the gaming lifecycle:</li>
</ul>
<p>+ Strategy &amp; Insight: Utilizing Keywords Insights for player-persona mapping and market analysis.   + Social &amp; Influencer Marketing: Building community-centric social strategies and executing global influencer campaigns for AAA and Indie titles alike.   + PR &amp; Outreach: Securing high-impact media coverage and managing reputation within the gaming community.   + Creative Production: Partnering with publishers to deliver trailers, key art, and high-impact digital assets.   + Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a sales roadmap that prioritizes high-growth accounts within the gaming sector to exceed annual revenue targets.</p>
<ul>
<li>Build and nurture executive-level relationships within the marketing and publishing departments of the world&#39;s leading games companies.</li>
<li>Partner closely with our global creative and production studios to pitch integrated, world-class marketing solutions that meet complex client needs.</li>
<li>Serve as a brand ambassador at major gaming events, including GDC, Summer Game Fest, PAX, and Gamescom.</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Industry Expertise: Extensive experience working directly for or with global games publishers.</li>
<li>Sales Track Record: 5+ years of proven success in a Business Development role, specifically within the video games or gaming-adjacent marketing space.</li>
<li>Market Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of the global gaming ecosystem, including platform trends, player behavior, and the social/influencer landscape.</li>
<li>High-Level Network: An active, &#39;warm&#39; network of contacts within the North American gaming industry (Publishers, Developers, and Agencies).</li>
<li>Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; able to translate marketing services into a compelling ROI-driven narrative for game leads.</li>
<li>Autonomy: A self-starter with the discipline to drive sales cycles independently while reporting into a global leadership structure.</li>
</ul>
<p>Benefits: The base salary for this role is from CAD$95,000 to CAD$120,000 per year, depending on your experience.</p>
