<p>Skills, Knowledge &amp; Expertise: Vocational training or certification in tailoring, dressmaking, or textile repair preferred. Minimum 2 years of tailoring or garment alteration experience, ideally in a hospitality, cruise, or uniformed services environment. Experience with industrial sewing machines, pressing equipment, and handling different types of fabrics (uniforms, formalwear, delicate garments, etc.). Excellent hand-stitching and machine-sewing skills. Strong knowledge of clothing alterations, hemming, fitting, patching, zipper replacement, and general repairs. Attention to detail, precision, and an eye for quality workmanship. Good time management and the ability to manage workload under tight deadlines.
