You will be the owner of one of these products in production and you will have the opportunity to drive their production ramps. Your work will help to change the balance of defense capabilities on a global scale.</p>
<p>This role requires a degree in a technical field such as engineering, math, or a hard science, and 5+ years in manufacturing or a similar position. You should have an attitude of world-class mission assurance, quality, attention to detail, and dedication, as well as a genuine interest in manufacturing and a thirst for learning.</p>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>As a Manufacturing Engineer, Missilesat Anduril Industries, you will play a key role in shaping the manufacturing design for our Missile division. Your core responsibilities include ensuring the highest production quality and supporting the development and implementation of new products for several program designs.</p>
<p>The role encompasses the entire manufacturing value chain, including Design for Manufacturability, tool design and selection, process creation and optimisation, vendor sourcing and collaboration, quality planning, and documentation for hardware production.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>

<li>Executing the manufacturing of a certain product or set of products, from initial prototyping through large full-scale production.</li>

<li>Owning documentation required for successfully manufacturing product group hardware at scale, such as MBOMs, work instructions &amp; requirements, etc.</li>
<li>Advising on quality management and business application programs as they pertain to manufacturing within your area.</li>
<li>Collaborating with internal customers and manufacturing planning teams to define capacity planning actions to meet customer needs and expectations.</li>
<li>Developing production and test methodologies and implementing best practices to enable scaling production capabilities for larger, more complex products.</li>
<li>Travelling to suppliers and partner sites to do initial sourcing work, solve ongoing production issues, and implement process procedures as required.</li>
</ul>
<p>Required qualifications include a degree in a technical field such as engineering, math, or a hard science, and 3+ years in manufacturing or a similar prototyping position.</p>
<p>Preferred qualifications include experience with harness and PCBA fabrication, and hands-on experience with R/C and/or autonomous flight vehicles, flight controllers, or other related control systems.</p>
