<p>Producer I - EA SPORTS FC</p>
<p>We are looking for an experienced producer to lead the PC program across Core technology teams that power EA SPORTS FC. You will operate at the heart of the franchise, supporting foundational systems, rendering, tools, and technical pipelines that fuel the entire game.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the PC program across FC, establish &amp; maintain the PC roadmap, setting priorities, ensuring agreement, execution, and visibility across partner teams.</li>
<li>Guide PC performance quality by working with engineering and QV to meet performance targets and ensure a smooth player experience.</li>
<li>Partner with discipline directors and technical leadership to balance visual quality, feature ideas, scope, and schedule.</li>
<li>Identify technical risks early, especially related to performance, scalability, and platform constraints, and guide mitigation plans.</li>
<li>Coordinate cross-team dependencies affecting Core systems and ensure execution remains on track through milestones.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Establish clear communication channels for surfacing performance health, technical debt, and long-term investment needs.</li>
<li>Improve production workflows that support technical teams, allowing efficient delivery of foundational work.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in game production, with time supporting technical, engine, rendering, or platform teams.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience driving production for PC-focused programs, including performance optimization and hardware variability.</li>
<li>Experience partnering with rendering engineers, systems engineers, and technical artists in a AAA environment.</li>
<li>Experience managing complex cross-team dependencies and technical roadmaps.</li>
<li>Risk management, prioritization, and partner agreement.</li>
<li>Experience using performance metrics, profiling tools, and telemetry data to inform production decisions.</li>
<li>Experience shipping and supporting a large-scale or live service PC title.</li>
<li>Familiarity with modern rendering pipelines, optimization workflows, and performance certification standards.</li>
<li>Experience managing technical debt programs alongside feature development.</li>
<li>Prior people management experience leading other producers or project managers.</li>
</ul>

<p>COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS</p>
<p>The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).</p>
<p>PAY RANGES</p>
<p>$133,500 - $186,400 CAD</p>
<p>Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.</p>
<p>For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.</p>
