      <Description><![CDATA[<p>Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. This artist role is the point of contact between the teams, aligning the vision &amp; goals with directors while having direct creative input and planning in that collaboration.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist the Art Director in driving and maintaining the high visual quality of models, inspiring and aligning with the project vision.</li>
<li>Partner with AD and other departments to improve the art pipeline. R&amp;D art style, adapt new techniques, tools, and workflow</li>
<li>Collaborate with Production managers to manage the art team&#39;s daily activities</li>
<li>Detect potential risks in production and work with partners to come up with mitigation plans</li>
<li>Create a fun &amp; inspirational environment while coaching artists by providing reviews, growth plans, and generally assisting in their skills</li>
<li>Deliver feedback to internal and external teams to maintain art style understanding and quality for the Project</li>
</ul>
<p>Required Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years experience in AAA game production as character lead or experienced artist.</li>
<li>Excellent understanding of human anatomy, hard surface modeling, fabric sculpting, hair creation and texturing.</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of shape language, silhouette, color theory</li>
<li>Versatile skill set for a broad range of art styles</li>
<li>Experience contributing to creative briefs, visual targets and prototypes.</li>
<li>Expertise in real-time environment creation workflows. We expect you have a strong curiosity and desire to explore the new workflows in the industry.</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate with others. Able to polish art quality with other art teams, able to complete optimization, implementation and debugging pass for the asset with TA team.</li>
<li>Ability to provide precise and concise feedback by different forms: verbal, written, paint over and presentation.</li>
<li>Mainstream game engine experience.</li>
