<p>To make that model scale, we need strong program managers who can bring structure, follow-through, and visibility to the work. <li><strong>Strategic Planning:</strong> Own and prioritise the inference deployment roadmap, working closely with engineering leadership to prioritise initiatives and manage dependencies. Provide visibility into upcoming changes and their organisational impact.</li>
