As a SAP Program Lead, you will lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion. You will ensure successful delivery of programs within budget, on time, and to quality standards. You will manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations. You will develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks. You will collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success. You will maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

You will have experience in leading challenging business transformation programs with proven program level delivery track record across full lifecycle SAP programs. You will have proven ability to deliver under challenging circumstances delivering to time, cost and quality and within budget. You will have ability to lead teams in complex environments that include multi-vendors, complex client organization structures and geographically distributed teams. You will have experience of working with global teams and a track record of leading teams of consultant based locally and remotely. You will have in-depth knowledge of how to set up programs for success including IT, Business and Change components. You will have ability to define well-structured program delivery frameworks and apply these practically. You will have outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-Level stakeholders within client organizations. Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is essential.

You will also have ability to lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, facilitate leverage differentiators (e.g. specific consulting frameworks, etc.). You will have ability to articulate value-based propositions, own and review program financials, and lead proposal presentations in order to create a compelling proposition for clients. You will have substantial proven experience working in client-facing consulting roles. You will have proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA. You will have experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources. You will have experience in mentoring and coaching consulting resources. You will have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences. You will have project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
