<p>We&#39;re hiring our first Growth Product Manager to spearhead Replit&#39;s next wave of growth. This is a rare opportunity to own the full growth strategy for one of the world&#39;s fastest-growing platforms. You will play a crucial role in establishing our growth culture, building growth infrastructure, and turning chaos into a systematic, repeatable engine that compounds over time.</p>
<p><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Drive Replit’s growth strategy end-to-end: Develop and execute product strategies focused on user acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Build, experiment, and iterate quickly: Use data and creativity to fuel rapid experimentation. Develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, and analyze metrics to continuously improve our onboarding flows, activation rates, conversion funnels, and engagement loops.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate across a world-class team: Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and community teams to execute high-impact growth initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Champion the user and uncover new opportunities: Conduct user research and dig into user feedback to identify pain points and new ideas for growth.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You’ll Bring (Requirements):</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Growth Product Management Experience: Demonstrated experience driving substantial user growth in a B2C, prosumer, or self-serve SaaS product.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Data-Driven &amp; Analytical Skills: You are highly analytical and fluent in using data to inform decisions. Hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and experimentation is essential.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Product Sense &amp; User Obsession: Deep empathy for users and a passion for creating delightful, habit-forming user experiences. You think creatively about how to reduce friction and increase engagement at each touchpoint of the user journey.</li>
</ul>

<li>Execution &amp; Leadership: A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. You take ownership from ideation through execution, align cross-functional teams, and can influence without authority. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are a must.</li>

<p><strong>Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications):</strong></p>

<li>Technical background: Computer Science degree or coding experience. Ability to engage with engineers on technical trade-offs and understand the developer mindset.</li>

<li>B2B/Enterprise growth exposure: Empathy for business and team users – e.g. experience designing products or features for professional or enterprise customers. Understanding of product-led sales or virality in a team context would be helpful as we expand Replit’s footprint in organizations.</li>

We operate across the full funnel - from awareness and acquisition through activation, retention, and expansion - using a combination of global performance marketing, AI-powered workflows, in-product optimization, insights, experimentation, and creative ops engineering.</p>
<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>Growth Marketing is a rapidly scaling functional area, accelerating growth by connecting out-of-product and in-product experiences into seamless journeys that acquire, retain, and re-engage users, unlocking ChatGPT’s transformative potential in users’ daily lives. We work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, data science, finance, and marketing to unlock scalable growth levers and deliver measurable impact across diverse markets.</p>
<p>This team thrives on rapid testing, rigorous measurement, and creative problem solving, all while keeping user value at the center of our decision-making.</p>
<p>This role is based in San Francisco. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.</p>
<p><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Designing and executing global paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (search, social, influencer, programmatic, emerging formats) to drive high-quality user growth.</li>
