<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute a product strategy focused on increasing revenue growth across our suite of products</li>
<li>Drive monetization efforts spanning the likes of pricing &amp; packaging, free-to-paid conversion, and consumption-based billing</li>
<li>Analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify monetization opportunities and optimize performance</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact growth initiatives</li>
<li>Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points</li>
<li>Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth initiatives</li>
<li>Balance rapid iteration with our commitment to AI safety and ethics</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>6+ years of product management experience, majority in growth focused roles</li>
<li>Experience working on growth for mass-scale subscription businesses</li>
<li>Direct experience owning monetization – pricing, packaging, paid conversion, or upgrade funnels</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills, and experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment</li>
<li>Passion for AI technology and its potential impact on society</li>
<li>Technical background or ability to work effectively with engineering teams</li>
<li>Founder experience is a plus</li>
</ul>

<li>Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience</li>
<li>Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience</li>
<li>Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position</li>
<li>Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.</li>

<p>We’re hiring a Business Operations Associate to join our core team and work directly with the founders to build the backbone of our business. This is a unique opportunity to help scale the world’s first AI coaching platform for gamers at the intersection of gaming and AI.</p>
<p>What You’ll Do</p>
<p>Strategy &amp; Analysis</p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with the Head of Product &amp; CEO on core strategic initiatives (B2B + B2C).</li>
<li>Lead market analysis, competitive deep dives, and opportunity sizing to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.</li>
<li>Build business cases and quantitative models that inform go/no-go decisions on new games, partnerships, and investment bets.</li>
<li>Help chase down ambiguous, zero-to-one problems , from hypothesis to framework to action plan.</li>
</ul>
<p>Ops &amp; Execution</p>
<ul>
<li>Build the operating backbone: architect workflows, OKRs, and business review processes that scale with the company.</li>
<li>Drive cross-functional initiatives across Product, Partnerships, and Marketing to ensure alignment and delivery.</li>
<li>Create leverage for leadership by taking point on pitch decks, proposals, and high-stakes projects that require polish and speed.</li>

<p>Growth Enablement</p>

<li>Support partnerships and BD with market research, TAMs, and strategic storytelling.</li>
