We are looking for a dedicated support team to manage our customer and product analytics tools, Segment, Mixpanel, and Salesforce Data360 (formerly Data Cloud). This team will operate as a cross-functional centre of excellence building and supporting a Customer Events Hub focused on delivering real-time event streaming and product analytics capabilities for business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tracking Plan Management: Co-own and maintain Segment Tracking Plans with application product managers to ensure data is sent according to business needs.
• Requirements & Documentation: Consult on data projects of intermediate complexity to understand design requirements and draft documentation for data collection.
• Product Analytics: Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Mixpanel to track user behaviour and KPIs.
• Data Quality: Validate data assumptions and ensure tracking plans are aligned across various applications to maintain a 'single version of the truth'.
• Stakeholder Consulting: Consult with application development teams to ensure data is being captured and sent according to the enterprise data catalogue.
• Develop basic value-based analytics solutions for quality, business process functionality, or other strategic/data/analytic initiatives of limited complexity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and establish analytics requirements.
• Create detailed documentation and business plans that address stakeholder needs.
• Liaise between IT and Product Management for data solutions.
• Develop and implement basic enterprise-wide data integration strategies that utilise various data-marts and data warehouse applications to enhance reporting.
• Continuously work to improve data platforms, dashboards, and reports to meet emerging and changing business demands and guidelines.
• Consult with guidance from Principal on UAT, technical specifications, strategic planning, contract design, technical support, testing updates, and trainings.
• Use basic understanding of data elements, structures, standards typically involved in financial services transactions, reporting, and cloud-based data storage/sharing to adopt and apply standards in a way that satisfies and balances regulatory and compliance requirements with business needs.
• Manage data from single sources and use project management skills to complete simple projects with coaching and guidance.
• Transmit data and proactively work to ensure data quality.
• Troubleshoot data issues and devise creative and effective ways to avoid or mitigate issues.
