Anduril Industries is seeking a Director for Large UAV (Group 5), Mission Autonomy Growth to join the team and help continue to support our hyper-growth Division.

As part of the AD&S Growth team, you will support our Group 5 Air Vehicle, Mission Autonomy division through various internal and external activities to implement strategic initiatives, identify new opportunities, grow the division, and bring in business.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the Division's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, in addition to maintaining and manage an up-to-date and accurate sales pipeline, ensuring clear visibility of potential opportunities and progress.
• Analyze & understand existing and prospective customer base to develop capture strategies, revenue forecasts, and drive technology development plans.
• Coordinate activities across the AD&S Division and facilitate internal communications, including shaping and preparing customer outreach and engagements.
• Partner across Anduril organizations to include Marketing and Communications, Product and Engineering, and Government Relations.
• Represent Anduril to a broad audience: clients, partners, competitors, and the interested public,you'll be responsible for conveying insights that illustrate our approach to building next-generation defense technology and our competitive edges in doing so.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the defense sector, including prior experience with target customers across the DoW and a working understanding of government acquisition
• Prior experience working with US Air Force program offices; strong understanding of US Air Force customer community, requirements process, and operational needs
• Ability to identify, establish and use important customer relationships with senior level officials and program Stakeholders
• Excellent writing and communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and customers
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Real world operational experience in the USAF flying tactical fighter aircraft
• Military Service requirements authorship and/or acquisitions leadership experience
• High sense of personal ownership and is able to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial, and creative environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence people through both formal and informal constructs and in situations where there is lack of clarity across teams
• Experience working with classified and/or special access programs

Salary

The salary range for this role is $191,000-$253,000 USD.

Support the delivery of contract deliverables, including developing and implementing measures of performance and effectiveness, writing technical reports, and creating user engagement roadmaps.

Own the deployment of Anduril's autonomy capabilities at test and demonstration events. Work across our Test & Evaluation, Logistics, Growth, and Engineering teams to ensure that we are able to rapidly deliver real capability to users.

Design & implement user feedback loops to gather, triage, and prioritise requirements, feedback, issues, and challenges found through the employment of Anduril MA products during training, exercises, and normal use within unit schedules.

Support end-users in understanding and using our capabilities through the development of training content, integration into unit training schedules, and delivery of training.

Develop and contribute to a streamlined user feedback and engagement system, which includes issue tracking, training sessions, refreshers, and focused preparation for large-scale exercises and events.

Required qualifications include experience translating and decomposing technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications, experience in project management and product deployment roles, and eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.

Preferred qualifications include experience and familiarity with autonomous systems, client management experience, and prior military or government acquisition and/or government contracting experience.

The salary range for this role is $146,000-$194,000 USD, and highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers.

In this role, you will be at the heart of Anduril's growth engine, providing essential project management and content generation skills. You will expertly navigate the dynamic environment of a hyper-growth company and manage competing priorities with overlapping schedules.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading proposal efforts to win Anduril new business
• Partnering with business and technical stakeholders to pursue long-term opportunities and execute Anduril's capture, pricing, and outreach strategy through proposals, white papers, and other documents
• Managing and writing responses to government and customer requests for white papers, general product or company information, quotes, and proposals
• Developing and maintaining strategic pricing across all of Anduril's products and business lines
• Creating and owning the proposal process with an eye towards continuous improvement

The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, significant experience with the government acquisitions process, and the ability to clearly articulate information, understand business needs, and build relationships across the organization.

U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data. Experience with DoD Mission Systems, Space, and/or DoD Air Vehicles is also preferred.
