At Bayer, we're seeking a Data Governance Lead to join our Digital Farming Solutions team. As a Data Governance Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and maturing the data governance framework across Digital Farming Solutions and Bayer Crop Science.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in privacy, data protection, security, risk management, compliance, or related fields, with a minimum of 12 years of experience. You will be responsible for leading the DFS Data Governance Program in alignment with Bayer and BCS global policies, overseeing the integrity, classification, usability, and security of governed data assets, and holding decision rights for FieldView data governance.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess strong communication skills across organizational levels, foundational project/program management experience, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. You will also be responsible for defining and tracking KPIs and governance metrics to evaluate and improve program maturity.
