      <Description><![CDATA[<p>As a Cleaning Operative at ABM UK, you will be responsible for delivering cleaning services to client facilities in and around the building to a high standard. Your role will involve cleaning floors in building reception areas, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass doors/windows. You will also be required to clean all stainless-steel fixtures and barriers/glass door panels, dry mop black marble pillars inside and external.</p>
<p>Your responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Cleaning and sanitizing lifts, wiping all external &amp; internal stainless-steel on lift doors / frames / lift runners, wiping down and removing all smudges from mirrors, sweeping and mopping floors</li>
<li>Cleaning restroom(s)/showers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, cleaning shower cubicle partition doors/walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors</li>
<li>Setting up, stocking, and maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies</li>
<li>Monitoring and maintaining sanitation and organisation of assigned areas</li>
<li>Assisting team leaders/supervisors when needed to ensure optimum service to clients</li>
<li>Performing additional duties as needed, within reason</li>
<li>Complying with monthly training sessions delivered by the supervisor/line manager as necessary</li>
</ul>
<p>The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal and communication skills, be able to use their own initiative to identify and prioritise tasks, and be able to work alone and as part of a team. They will also have an approachable and courteous manner, and an understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion in an active corporate building.</p>
<p>This is a part-time position, working 25 hours per week, with a shift pattern of 5 on 2 off (weekends included). The pay rate is £12.71 per hour.</p>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a Quality Manager to join our team at the Plant located in Desio (MB). As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for communicating the guidelines set out in the IATF 16949 (2016) standard and the relevant implementation manuals throughout the plant, and ensuring they are applied.</p>
<p>Your key responsibilities will include:</p>
<p>Communicating the Adler Group&#39;s quality guidelines and policies throughout the plant, and ensuring they are applied. Ensuring the dissemination and implementation of the Quality Manual, General Company Procedures and Plant Operating Procedures. Communicating within the plant the requirements requested or expected by customers, both regarding the organisation of the company&#39;s quality system and the products supplied. Collaborating with the plant&#39;s departments in selecting specific customer requirements. Using specific tools and methodologies to meet all customer requirements: APQP; PPAP; FMEA; SPC; MSA. Promoting the organisational and behavioural standardisation initiatives necessary for the management of the plant&#39;s quality system. Analysing the status of internal and customer quality and reporting periodically to the Plant Manager and the Group Quality Manager. Maintaining relations with the certification body. Coordinating quality resources. Training and informing staff regarding the quality tools the organisation decides to adopt (e.g. defining the adoption of the most suitable analysis methodologies and quality forms). Coordinating and monitoring data collection and the subsequent preparation of reports on plant quality. Pursuing the continuous improvement of all quality indicators and providing training in the event of failure to meet objectives. Establishing improvement plans aimed at achieving the required quality level. Monitoring quality costs and non-quality costs. Representing the company in dealings with customers regarding quality issues and the provisions of IATF clause 5.3.1. Communicating customer requests (CSRs) within the organisation. Defining any corrective and/or preventive actions. Managing customer evaluation forms and portals for relevant issues. Verifying and validating all FINAL PRODUCTS AGAINST OEM/CUSTOMER requirements prior to their submission (PSW, PPAP, Qualification Plans, Quality Manual, Reference Sample, Product Feasibility, Capability, R&amp;R, etc.).</p>
<p>Requirements: A degree in Engineering or a related technical or scientific discipline. In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and international standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949). At least 7-10 years&#39; experience in structured manufacturing environments, preferably in the automotive sector. Good command of English. Good communication, presentation and analytical skills. Ability to lead, influence and build strong working relationships. High level of written and spoken English. Analytical and decision-making skills.</p>
