<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and develop a team of managers, fostering growth and high performance across North America Product Specialists.</li>
<li>Mentor, support, and challenge managers to create and execute innovative solutions.</li>
<li>Cultivate cross-functional partnerships to align on go-to-market strategy and product priorities.</li>
<li>Represent North America Product Specialists in executive forums, acting as a key advisor to the global head.</li>
<li>Ensure operational stability, trust, and continuity for front-line management during periods of growth and change.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience, including people management within a technology or SaaS environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing leaders at multiple organizational levels.</li>
<li>Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Strong collaboration skills and experience navigating matrixed, cross-functional environments.</li>
<li>Expertise in product strategy, go-to-market planning, and solution architecture.</li>
<li>Proven ability to drive business results in a fast-paced, growth-focused setting.</li>
<li>Organizational and program management skills.</li>
</ul>
<p>Desired:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience as a second-line leader (managing managers) within a technology presales/post-sales or product specialist team.</li>
<li>Experience supporting large regional teams within a global environment.</li>
<li>Familiarity with cloud computing, sales enablement, or value engineering.</li>
<li>Track record of building trust and supporting leaders through growth and transitions.</li>
</ul>
<p>Travel:</p>
<p>We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 20% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.</p>

<p>Compensation:</p>
<p>The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:</p>
<ul>
<li>Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Minnesota or Vermont: $206,784.00 - $258,480.00.</li>
<li>Based in Washington D.C., Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay Area): $218,272.00 - $272,840.00.</li>
<li>Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or the San Francisco Bay area, California: $229,760.00 - $287,200.00.</li>
<li>This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio&#39;s equity plan.</li>
</ul>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>As the Head of Market Intelligence, you will lead a high-impact function responsible for translating complex market, competitor, and supplier data into actionable intelligence. On a day-to-day basis, you will develop intelligence-driven strategies that improve time-to-market, reduce infrastructure costs, and secure access to critical materials. You will partner closely with executives, product leaders, and supply chain teams to align infrastructure investments with evolving customer workloads and the broader AI and cloud landscape. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping long-term strategy through rigorous analysis and modeling.</p>
<p>The Market Intelligence team operates at the intersection of technical infrastructure, product, data center development, and the global supply chain. The team provides forward-looking insights on markets, competitors, suppliers, customers, and macro forces to inform CoreWeave&#39;s infrastructure investments, product roadmaps, and supply chain strategies across GPUs, networking, power, cooling, and site development.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated leadership experience building and leading Market Intelligence or strategic analytics teams in AI, hyperscale cloud, or high-growth technology environments</li>
<li>Proven track record delivering measurable value and cost savings across hyperscale or large-scale infrastructure supply chains</li>
<li>Deep experience conducting competitive intelligence across neocloud and hyperscale cloud providers, including data center and supply chain strategies</li>
<li>Strong expertise in supplier ecosystem analysis, including supplier financial health, capacity, pricing, lead times, and technology roadmaps</li>
<li>Experience analyzing regulatory, public policy, utility, and geopolitical factors impacting global infrastructure supply chains and data center operations</li>
<li>Advanced capability in strategic analytics and modeling, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and commodity procurement models</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations</li>
</ul>
