logistics strategies, policies, and execution plans for data center materials and equipment</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage a team responsible for inbound freight, warehousing, last-mile delivery, customs clearance (where applicable), and reverse logistics</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner closely with data center construction, procurement, engineering, and operations teams to align logistics plans with project schedules and deployment milestones</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee carrier selection, contract negotiation, performance management, and cost optimisation for all transportation modes (truckload, LTL, ocean, air, and specialised heavy-haul)</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement robust tracking, visibility, and inventory management systems to ensure real-time status of critical shipments and prevent delays</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and mitigate logistics risks, including supply chain disruptions, capacity constraints, and regulatory compliance issues</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce total landed cost, improve on-time delivery, and increase supply chain resilience</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish KPIs and reporting dashboards to measure logistics performance, cost efficiency, and service levels</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all logistics activities comply with safety, security, and environmental Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong background supporting large-scale data center, semiconductor, or other hyperscale technology construction/operations environments</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven expertise managing complex, high-volume inbound logistics for critical infrastructure and high-value technology equipment</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Deep knowledge of transportation management, warehousing, inventory visibility tools, and global trade compliance</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing logistics teams in a fast-paced environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills and
