<p>The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. If the role is non-exempt, overtime pay will be provided consistent with applicable laws. In addition to the salary range listed above, total compensation also includes generous equity, performance-related bonus(es) for eligible employees, and the following benefits.</p>

<p><strong>About the Role</strong> As the Recruiting Manager for our B2B business lines, you will lead a team of recruiters responsible for driving hiring across Forward Deployed Engineering, Gov, and Partnership roles in North America. You will play a critical role in ensuring OpenAI attracts, assesses, and hires top-tier talent to drive our growth and impact across regions. This role reports to our Global Head of G&amp;A and GTM Recruiting.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with leaders, HR Business Partners, and senior leadership to align hiring strategies with organizational priorities globally.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Implement and optimize scalable recruiting processes to achieve quarterly and annual hiring targets.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the recruitment process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and demonstrate hiring effectiveness.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Manage a limited number of high-impact requisitions, focusing on strategic B2B leadership hires.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>How to Be Successful in This Role</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>8+ years of business recruiting experience with at least 3+ years in a people management role.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in both startup and large-scale environments.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Expertise in global GTM recruiting, with experience across multiple regions.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics to improve recruiting strategies.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.</li>
</ul>
