<li>Product Discovery &amp; Delivery: Create comprehensive product roadmaps, track and report progress against 90-day outcomes and overall product health (including budget responsibilities). Plan and manage product delivery while streamlining the corresponding backlog.</li>

<li>People &amp; Collaboration: Proactively communicate and collaborate with product users and stakeholders, which requires strong strategic communication skills. Maintain strong and productive working relationships with colleagues in product management, engineering, and other technically focused organizations.</li>

<p>Requirements:</p>

<li>Minimum of a Bachelor&#39;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar OR minimum 4 years equivalent practical experience</li>

<li>7 or more years of relevant experience as a Product Manager</li>

<li>2 or more years of experience with Agile development and DevOps</li>

• Evaluate “make vs. buy” options for content sourcing in collaboration with the Human Data team, balancing data development with external access/licensing opportunities</p>
<p>Required Qualifications and Skills
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex deals ($10M+), including revenue-sharing, licensing, or co-development agreements.
• Deep understanding of AI training data ecosystems and ability to translate this into business terms.
• Legal acumen: Understanding of legal concepts involved in data acquisition and content licensing.
• Strong STEM background (e.g., degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field) and a passion for academic content and research.
