<p>As a Senior Transformation Consultant, you will lead digital transformation initiatives for a major insurance carrier&#39;s captive solutions business. You will bring deep domain expertise in Group Captive insurance structures and possess experience in P&amp;C Commercial Lines, Group Captive, and Specialty Insurance as a domain consultant.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead digital transformation strategy for captive insurance offerings including fronting, group captives, and protected cell facilities.</li>
<li>Advise on modernization of captive management platforms, data analytics, and risk control systems.</li>
<li>Collaborate with underwriting, legal, actuarial, and claims teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary SME for captive insurance in client engagements.</li>
<li>Support feasibility studies, operational reviews, and digital enablement of captive formation and management.</li>
<li>Design and implement technology solutions that support fronting arrangements, reinsurance structures, and regulatory compliance.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Identify opportunities to enhance captive solutions through automation, AI, and digital workflows.</li>
<li>Develop frameworks for rent-a-captive models and group captive participation using digital onboarding and analytics.</li>
<li>Support the creation of bespoke coverage and credit solutions enabled by digital tools.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Represent Capgemini in industry forums and contribute to white papers and client workshops.</li>
<li>Stay current on regulatory changes, market trends, and emerging technologies in the captive insurance space.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience in captive insurance, including fronting carrier models, group captives, and protected cell structures.</li>
<li>P&amp;C Commercial Lines, Group Captive</li>
<li>Other Specialty Insurance Domain like Crime, Management and Professional Liability and Multinational Solutions.</li>
<li>Proven track record in leading digital transformation or technology modernization initiatives within insurance.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of underwriting, credit, legal, claims, and actuarial functions as they relate to captives.</li>
<li>Experience working with global domiciles and regulatory environments.</li>
<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree required; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., ARM, CPCU) preferred.</li>
