You&#39;ll also build and maintain monthly management reporting: GRR, NRR, CAC, LTV:CAC, burn multiple, gross margin vs. assumption , with full P&amp;L line items across sales &amp; marketing, R&amp;D, and G&amp;A.</p>\n<p>You&#39;ll build our revenue model: working back from annual targets to AE headcount requirements, quota levels, ACV attainment, marketing channel investment, and stage-weighted pipeline. You&#39;ll maintain cap table, options register, and company secretarial tasks , working with our outsourced providers but owning the internal layer.</p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities</strong> ---------------------</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own our weekly management reporting: ARR, pipeline coverage, forecasts , built interactively and delivered to the leadership team</li>\n<li>Build and maintain monthly management reporting: GRR, NRR, CAC, LTV:CAC, burn multiple, gross margin vs. assumption , with full P&amp;L line items across sales &amp; marketing, R&amp;D, and G&amp;A</li>\n<li>Build our revenue model: working back from annual targets to AE headcount requirements, quota levels, ACV attainment, marketing channel investment, and stage-weighted pipeline</li>\n<li>Maintain cap table, options register, and company secretarial tasks , working with our outsourced providers but owning the internal layer</li>\n<li>Act as the financial interface to RevOps , partnering closely on HubSpot data integrity, pipeline definitions, and revenue operations to ensure FP&amp;A is built on solid ground</li>\n<li>Support fundraising and board prep when needed , building the narrative and the numbers</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What we&#39;re looking for</strong> -----------------------</p>\n<p>You&#39;ve done FP&amp;A in a VC-backed, high-growth B2B SaaS business , or you&#39;ve been close enough to it that you know exactly what good looks like and how to get there. You&#39;re a generalist who can context-switch between controllership and commercial analysis without missing a beat. You make confident decisions when data is incomplete, and you&#39;re always asking &#39;what&#39;s the MVP to get us to Series B?&#39;</p>\n<p>You bring:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)</li>\n<li>3–6 years&#39; post-qualification experience, ideally including time in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment</li>\n<li>Strong FP&amp;A foundations: revenue modelling, unit economics, scenario planning, management reporting</li>\n<li>Genuine AI literacy , you use Claude or equivalent tools heavily in your workflow; building a model without them would feel like leaving performance on the table</li>\n<li>Generalist mindset: equally comfortable running a cap table audit, building a quota model, and presenting to the CEO in the same week</li>\n<li>Comfort operating with incomplete data and an instinct for pragmatic, high-quality outputs over perfect ones</li>\n<li>A growth mindset , you want to be Head of Finance or Head of FP&amp;A in a few years, and you&#39;re going to push yourself to get there</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What we offer</strong> -----------------</p>\n<p>We&#39;re building something extraordinary , and we want extraordinary people.
