Responsibilities: Perform routine and reactive maintenance tasks including repairs to building fabric, plumbing, electrical systems, and heating. Assist with preventative maintenance schedules. Maintain tools and equipment in a safe and serviceable condition. Record and report all maintenance activities accurately. Follow health and safety regulations and company policies. Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and colleagues.

Requirements: Experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting skills. Relevant trade qualifications or certifications are advantageous. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Willingness to work flexible hours if required. Valid driver's license is a plus.
