<p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintaining, monitoring, documenting, and testing product builds and packaging to ensure quality releases.</li>
<li>Preparing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining build agents to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.</li>
<li>Conducting system tests to assess the security, performance, and reliability of build systems and processes.</li>
<li>Collaborating with developers to identify code and testing issues using tools such as TotalView, and reporting findings promptly.</li>
<li>Working with IT to maintain DevOps infrastructure and manage necessary packages for compiling, linking, and testing software.</li>
<li>Adjusting builds and packaging in partnership with development teams to meet evolving requirements and project goals.</li>
<li>Participating in Azure DevOps trainings to enhance your skills and knowledge in modern DevOps practices.</li>
<li>Operating under direct supervision, with regular feedback and mentorship from experienced staff and the DevOps Manager.</li>

<p><strong>What You’ll Need:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 2 years of professional experience or a Master’s Degree.</li>
<li>Experience with source code versioning tools such as Git along with CI/CD practices for building, testing, and release of applications.</li>
<li>Proficient in automation scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Perl, Bash).</li>
<li>Knowledge of CMake, Azure DevOps, and programming languages (C/C++, C#).</li>
<li>Understanding of Linux and/or Windows operating systems.</li>
<li>Experience working with compilers such as Microsoft Visual Studio, GCC, or Intel.</li>
<li>Willingness to learn about modern HPC chipsets and scalable simulation environments.</li>
<li>Exposure and working knowledge of ARM64 architecture and supporting compilers.</li>
<li>Knowledge of security best practices and vulnerability remediation for source code and applications.</li>

      <Title>Product Concern Engineer</Title>
      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a Product Concern Engineer to join our team. As a Product Concern Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the Concern Identification and Resolution processes for our vehicle lines and providing support to the FCSD Program Manager.</p>
<p>The Product Concern Engineer will analyze data from multiple sources to identify vehicle concerns that dealers cannot successfully repair. They will perform additional detailed analysis to define concerns, identify the scope of vehicles affected, make recommendations on elements required of a successful remedy, and support the Program Managers escalation of concerns to the Functional Stakeholders for resolution.</p>
<p>The PCE will support those resolution efforts by coordinating service trials, performing service readiness actions to define parts and/or software requirements, and authoring bulletins and messages for dealers.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Identify technical vehicle concerns that dealers cannot repair using leading indicators and processes</li>
<li>Facilitate Quicker Service Fix (QSF) process for assigned vehicle line(s)</li>
<li>Develop supporting data and analysis to substantiate and define concerns</li>
<li>Interface with Engineering activities to support global Concern Identification and Resolution efforts</li>
<li>Represent FCSD CIDR in various engineering Functional Review Meetings to drive for concern resolution</li>
<li>Support FCSD Program Manager with timely and accurate status updates in Concern Management Database</li>
<li>Coordinate service trials to ensure feasibility of repair proposals from engineering</li>
<li>Author Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs), Special Service Messages (SSMs) and Internal Service Messages (ISMs) and ensure global publication to applicable markets</li>
<li>Review/monitor TSB/SSM/ISM articles generated by other activities</li>
<li>Support and engage in bi-weekly TSB/SSM/ISM review process to ensure consistency of publications</li>
<li>Interface with PS&amp;L team(s) to support accurate parts forecasting to prevent backorders for all CIDR led publications</li>
<li>Support Escalated Handling Team requests and work with Engineering SMEs as required</li>
<li>Work with FCSD Plant Vehicle Team (PVT) to support quality and launch initiatives</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor of Science degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering, or related discipline</li>
<li>Automotive service technical background required</li>
<li>Dealer employment experience desired (fixed operations)</li>
<li>FCSD field experience desired</li>
<li>Experience leveraging AI tools within analysis and problem-solving environments</li>
<li>Strong verbal communication, technical writing and presentation skills are a must</li>
<li>Capacity to effectively manage multiple tasks</li>
<li>Must be able to thrive within a small support team environment and using outside support teams</li>
<li>Must be able to adapt quickly to vehicle service requests for support</li>
<li>Experience with GCQIS, MMP, WERS, GCCT, GSAR and PTS is helpful</li>
