      <Description><![CDATA[<p>Join our dynamic company as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and play a key role in shaping our financial strategy and growth. As a core member of the executive leadership team, you will partner closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leaders on company strategy, growth priorities, and capital allocation.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Translate business strategy into financial plans, operating models, and long-range forecasts that support sustainable scaling</li>
<li>Define, monitor, and continuously improve key financial and operational metrics; proactively surface risks, opportunities, and trade-offs</li>
</ul>
<p>Financial Planning, Reporting &amp; Governance:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling, including multi-year strategic plans</li>
<li>Prepare and present clear, compelling financial reporting and insights to the Board, investors, and other stakeholders</li>
<li>Ensure strong financial controls, GAAP-compliant reporting, audits, and adherence to healthcare regulatory and reporting requirements</li>
</ul>
<p>Revenue Cycle &amp; Healthcare Economics:</p>
<ul>
<li>Own and optimize the revenue cycle management (RCM) function, ensuring best-in-class collections, payor performance, and cash conversion</li>
<li>Partner with actuarial and clinical leadership to price, model, and manage risk for value-based care and at-risk contracts</li>
</ul>
<p>Corporate Development &amp; Capital Strategy:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead corporate development efforts, including identifying, evaluating, and executing M&amp;A, partnerships, and strategic investments</li>
<li>Oversee financial due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and post-acquisition integration</li>
</ul>
<p>AI, Data &amp; Financial Innovation:</p>
<ul>
<li>Champion the use of AI, automation, and advanced analytics across finance, revenue cycle, and forecasting to improve accuracy, speed, and decision-making</li>
</ul>
<p>Team Leadership &amp; Culture:</p>
<ul>
<li>Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance organization</li>
<li>Establish a culture of accountability, rigor, transparency, and continuous improvement</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred</li>
<li>12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior leadership roles within healthcare services organizations</li>
<li>Proven experience in growth-stage or PE/VC-backed companies, with a track record of scaling financial infrastructure</li>
<li>Deep expertise in healthcare reimbursement, including fee-for-service, government payors, and value-based / risk-based payment models</li>
<li>Strong understanding of corporate practice of medicine structures and healthcare regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience leading fundraising efforts and managing investor relations</li>
<li>Extensive experience with P&amp;L ownership, unit economics, profitability analysis, and GAAP accounting</li>
<li>Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders</li>
<li>Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments, with a bias toward action and outcomes</li>
<li>Strong executive presence and credibility with Boards, investors, and external partners</li>
</ul>
