<p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p>

<li>Completed technical or commercial training</li>
<li>Experience as a Service Advisor</li>
<li>Training as a certified Service Advisor (m/w/d) is desirable</li>
<li>Valid driving license class B</li>
<li>Fundamentally technical knowledge</li>
<li>Communication skills, customer orientation, and flexibility</li>
<li>Teamwork, initiative, and independence</li>
<li>High engagement and willingness to learn</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Active sales of service and accessories</li>
<li>Customer-oriented advice with high technical expertise</li>
<li>Development of customer relationships with the goal of high customer satisfaction and loyalty</li>
<li>Control and monitoring of optimal repair processes and team utilization</li>
<li>Agreement and arrangement of the required repair measures and payment method with the customer</li>
