<p>The successful candidate will have a bachelor&#39;s degree in a related field, 2+ years of engineering experience, and strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. They will also be competent in FTA, FMEA, dimensional tolerance stack-ups, and application, as well as analytical, problem-solving, judgment, decision-making, and prioritization.</p>

<li>You have strong knowledge of Functional Safety, ISO 26262, IEC 61508, or other comparable and related standards</li>
<li>You have experience with failure analysis methodologies, such as HARA, HAZOP, FMEA, FTA</li>
<li>Your knowledge of SOTIF (ISO 21448) and experience with development according to V-model and software quality management such as ASPICE is an advantage</li>
<li>Your previous experience in the field of automotive systems with focus on electronics is an advantage</li>
<li>You speak English very well, and German language is considered a plus</li>
<li>You are a curious, proactive person with strong communication skills, willing to extend the knowledge to various domains including high performance systems and highly autonomous driving.</li>
