Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a technical service or laboratory management role; industrial/automotive fluids, lubricants or specialty chemicals industry experience desired.
  • Prior experience leading and mentoring a team.
  • Experience in managing laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance, inventory management, and compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support to customers.
  • Knowledge of ISO & IATF quality standards is strongly preferred
