You will also have expert-level knowledge of CFD, multi-phase flow modeling, turbo machinery, design optimization, and multi-physics simulation.</p>

The successful candidate will ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all activities and in the operation and use of metalworking fluids and lubricants for the industrial segment of Fuchs Lubricants Co.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead, inspire and mentor a team of technical service professionals (scientists, chemists, and technicians), providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performance and motivated team culture.</li>
<li>Promote and foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and knowledge sharing among the Technical Service laboratories.</li>
<li>Develop and implement laboratory procedures, protocols, and best practices to ensure accurate and consistent testing methodologies and adherence to regulatory standards.</li>
<li>Lead the generation of technical reports, data analysis, and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and solutions to internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives and through KPI development and identify opportunities to optimize and enhance lab operations and testing methodologies.</li>
<li>Support companywide continuous improvement/process improvement programs and compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001:2015 and/or IATF 16949.</li>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is desired.</li>
<li>Proven experience (5+ years) in a technical service or laboratory management role; industrial/automotive fluids, lubricants or specialty chemicals industry experience desired.</li>
<li>Prior experience leading and mentoring a team.</li>
<li>Experience in managing laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance, inventory management, and compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support to customers.</li>
<li>Knowledge of ISO &amp; IATF quality standards is strongly preferred</li>
<li>Proficiency in laboratory software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
