<p>As a Solutions Engineer, you are the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare. To aid your customers, you will work closely with every team at Cloudflare, from Sales and Product to Engineering and Customer Support.</p>

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our largest enterprise customers in China, while supporting broader strategic accounts across APAC.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>

<li>Stay informed on developments in AI and Generative Media to shape customer strategy and provide actionable product feedback.</li>

<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Fluency in Mandarin and English (required) with the ability to conduct professional, business-level conversations in both languages.</li>
<li>6+ years of experience managing enterprise customers selling to software developers, engineering, or data teams.</li>
<li>Proven success managing $10M+ annual revenue portfolios and consistently meeting or exceeding quota.</li>
<li>Experience operating autonomously in fast-paced, high-growth environments, ideally as an early regional or GTM hire.</li>
<li>Strong track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.</li>
<li>Experience engaging directly with senior executives and navigating large, global organizations.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-through, with a strong bias toward responsiveness.</li>
<li>Comfort working remotely with distributed teams across APAC, the US, and other regions.</li>
