      <Description><![CDATA[<p>At Future, our proprietary web platform powers the creation, publication, and monetisation of exceptional digital content, supporting multiple brands and websites that engage hundreds of millions of users monthly. As the Product Manager, Platform, you will drive the development and evolution of our platform, specifically focussed on the front-end user experience. Collaborating with engineers, UX designers, data scientists, brand and editorial teams, and other business stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to deliver on the strategic objectives, enhance functionality and improve performance.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<p>Product Strategy &amp; Roadmap</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the definition and prioritisation of the Product Roadmap for your Strategic initiative</li>
<li>Lead product discovery and problem definition processes</li>
<li>Develop and refine a hypothesis-based roadmap (HBR) to iterate and test platform features, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives</li>
<li>Evaluate and prioritise new feature requests, balancing competing ideas and establishing ways to test, iterate and scale those via the “platform effect”</li>
<li>Set up, run, analyse and report on regular A/B testing experiments to inform product direction and adapt the Product Roadmap</li>
</ul>
<p>Cross Functional Collaboration</p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as one of the key points of contact for internal teams and stakeholders to address issues, query functionality, and gather input for product improvements</li>
<li>Present new features to internal teams to drive adoption, gather feedback, and iterate for improved outcomes</li>
<li>Help embed change in the business following the launch of new products, propositions and features</li>
<li>Communicate change proposals to business stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals before execution</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously</li>
<li>Defining and executing product strategy</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to tailor complex ideas to various audiences and foster alignment across all levels of the organisation</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in optimising products through ideation, testing, and analysis, with measurable improvements to KPIs</li>
<li>Experience gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution</li>
<li>Deep understanding of the “platform effect” and how incremental changes can create large-scale impacts</li>
<li>Data-driven analysis, with expertise in evaluating KPIs to inform decisions, identify value, and drive impactful outcomes</li>
<li>Experience designing scalable and flexible solutions for a diverse set of brands and content categories</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to secure alignment and approvals as needed</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What&#39;s in it for you</strong></p>
<p>The expected range for this role is £40,000 - £50,000. This role is being offered as a Fixed Term Contract for a period of 12 months. This is a Hybrid role from our Bath Office, working three days from the office, two from home.</p>

The team comprises professionals from diverse fields, including technology, AI, privacy, IP, corporate, employment, tax law, regulatory, and litigation.</p>
<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>As a member of our AI Product Counsel team focusing on research, you will assist with legal initiatives related to our advanced AI models and technologies. You’ll partner closely with researchers and engineers to help them plan, develop, and align models such as GPT-5, as well as our future research roadmap. This is a unique opportunity to engage directly with the forefront of the legal and AI fields. This role reports to our lead counsel for AI Research.</p>
<p>This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.</p>
<p><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Be the go-to counsel and partner for several research teams focused on AI research and model development.</li>
<li>Identify and address copyright, regulatory, privacy, and other legal risks and mitigations related to AI model development and deployment.</li>
<li>Develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative ways and build processes for scaling flexible solutions that address risk.</li>
<li>Become an expert in AI legal matters and help propose and advance AI legal policy positions.</li>
