implementation experience.</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Technical skills/background is a plus, curiosity for technical aspects is a must.</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Outstanding analytical competence, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Superb communication, interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills.</p>\n</li>\n<li><p>Preferred but not required: CFA or CAIA qualification (or
