Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Compute, classify, and record numerical data to maintain complete financial records.</li>
<li>Verify the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings related to business transactions recorded by other staff members.</li>
<li>Approach all interactions with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.</li>
<li>Adhere to all standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.</li>
<li>Initiate and complete the end of day process, including balancing daily work and maintaining cashiering responsibilities.</li>
<li>Manage all Front Office computer system operations/functions and handle guest requests promptly.</li>
<li>Maintain proper records, including log books and other documentation.</li>
<li>Be familiar with and enforce all hotel policies and house rules.</li>
<li>Complete initial direct bills daily, attach necessary documentation, and place on the Property.</li>
<li>Prepare and distribute the Daily Flash Report.</li>
<li>Ensure that all employees are attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers, and fellow employees.
Ideal Background</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year of hotel or related field experience.</li>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent college coursework in relevant areas a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills to address guest issues and emergencies.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Windows OS, approved spreadsheets, and word processing.</li>
<li>Clear communication skills.</li>

<p>The eCommerce Coordinator will focus on executing supporting business goals by analysing sales and inventory data, preparing reports, and aiding in forecasting.</p>

<p>As a eCommerce Coordinator you will:</p>
<p>Trading &amp; Commercial Support</p>
<ul>
<li><p>Assist in compiling weekly and monthly performance reports; highlighting key trends for review</p>
</li>
<li><p>Support the tracking and impact reporting of OOS items and product availability, cascading this clearly and consistently to all key colleagues where it affects our plans and communications</p>
</li>
<li><p>Maintain and update evergreen and ad hoc reports with accuracy and timeliness</p>
</li>
<li><p>Help gather insights from customer feedback and returns to support optimisation efforts</p>
</li>
<li><p>Own staff gifting assortment and logistics in partnership with the People Team</p>
</li>
<li><p>Execute the implementation of price changes across platforms, ensuring deadlines are met and support the scoping of a more efficient way to scale this process</p>
</li>
<li><p>As needed - support with NPD merchandising updates (or similar) or QA</p>
</li>
<li><p>As required support in trouble shooting across the Digital Team as it pertains to stock availability and cover (inc customer care)</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p>Operational Excellence</p>
<ul>
<li><p>Establish global working relationships with supply chain to track product availability and deliver timelines</p>
</li>
<li><p>Execute stock updates and provide details of the process to aid scoping of an automated solution. With a keen eye share any anomalies or surprises for escalating, challenging where stock has moved to and solutions to retain</p>
</li>
<li><p>Help align trading calendars with order forecasts and shipping schedules, updating the website with any delays or changes to SLA</p>
</li>
<li><p>Act as a critical partner for major eventing co-ordinating stock requirements and re-dress globally ensuring we are optimised in our assortment and availability</p>
</li>
<li><p>Coordinate the receipt of ancillary items (e.g., gift wrap, samples) into the correct warehouses keeping trade and product updated</p>
</li>
<li><p>Maintain Subscription SKU tracking</p>
</li>
<li><p>Own tracking loyalty stock levels ensuring we do not go out of stock</p>
</li>
<li><p>Stay informed of legal updates and assist in implementing compliance changes across the site</p>
</li>
<li><p>Collaborate with product and content teams to support major eventing and new product development (NPD) tracking</p>
</li>
<li><p>Communicate peak cutoffs, SLA planning, and shipping optimisations/changes to broader team</p>
