<p><strong>What you need</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience and expert knowledge in a senior-level role that explicitly blends Operations Management with People Practices.</li>
<li>Expert knowledge of development and industry best practices, ideally from an environment like tech, gaming, or entertainment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining a high-performance team up to at least 50 people (direct or indirect reporting).</li>
<li>Financial acumen with experience managing significant budgets, enabling you to make smart, data-informed investment decisions that directly support our cultural goals.</li>
<li>A high degree of strategic acumen, with the ability to translate complex data and abstract insights into actionable plans and significantly influence the development of studio strategy.</li>
