<p>Join the team as Twilio&#39;s next Technical Video Content Creator, Developer Ecosystem.</p>
<p>This position is needed to grow, educate, and engage Twilio&#39;s global developer audience through video and media. As a Technical Video Content Creator, you&#39;ll combine developer fluency with strong storytelling and on-camera presence to create longform and shortform video content that helps developers succeed with Twilio&#39;s platform.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<p>Grow and engage Twilio&#39;s developer audience through long- and short-form video that educates and entertains developers on Twilio&#39;s platform, showcases compelling use cases, and delivers engaging content tailored to them.</p>
<p>Own content concepts, outlines, and scripts, and regularly appear on camera for tutorials, explainers, and occasional vlog- or vodcast-style pieces.</p>
<p>Collaborate with developers and subject-matter experts across Twilio to ensure content is technically accurate, relevant, and aligned with developer needs.</p>
<p>Partner closely with Brand and Marketing teams, providing clear briefs and feedback, and reviewing final edits for technical accuracy, clarity, and overall quality.</p>
<p>Publish and maintain content across Twilio&#39;s developer channels, primarily YouTube and social platforms, ensuring consistency of voice and experience.</p>
<p>Use analytics and feedback to learn, iterate, and continuously improve topics, formats, and storytelling.</p>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>2–3 years creating developer-focused content (videos, tutorials, talks, or blogs) with strong developer empathy and the ability to write and clearly explain code.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Proven ability to generate compelling technical video ideas for developers and turn them into clear, engaging stories for YouTube and social platforms.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience with basic video production, including filming, lighting, and sound, and working effectively with a professional video team.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience using modern video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro) and adapting content for different platforms and formats.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and meet content deadlines.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Comfort using analytics and feedback from YouTube and social platforms to iterate on topics, formats, and storytelling.</li>

<p><strong>Duties</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ideate, produce, and edit engaging videos that elevate the NASCAR brand, highlight its drivers and culture, and grow our fan base through platform-native, audience-first storytelling.</li>
<li>Develop and produce original YouTube-first content that entertains, informs, and connects fans to the sport, its personalities, and its culture.</li>
<li>Contribute to all aspects of the creative process — from concept through delivery — including ideation, scripting, shooting, and editing of long-form, episodic, and short-form video content.</li>
<li>Experiment with new storytelling formats, leveraging YouTube-native tools (e.g., thumbnails, end screens, playlists) and best practices for audience growth, watch time, and retention.</li>
<li>Collaborate across teams (social, marketing, editorial, production) to create shot lists and content plans for race weekends, events, and off-track features.</li>
<li>Travel as needed to races and events to shoot and produce content that brings the NASCAR experience to life.</li>
<li>Oversee projects to ensure quality, timeliness, and creative alignment with NASCAR&#39;s voice and goals.</li>
<li>Stay current on digital trends, audience behaviours, and platform updates to continually evolve NASCAR&#39;s YouTube and social presence.</li>

<p><strong>Required Skills/Experience</strong></p>
