      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Upstream Oil and Gas Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for upstream oil and gas roles, including geoscientists, engineers, field personnel, and other technical specialists.</p>
<p>You will play a critical role in ensuring our workforce aligns with operational demands and project timelines, supporting the growth and success of our organization.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, industry events, and partnerships with universities and trade organizations.</li>
<li>Ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring teams, providing a positive candidate experience.</li>
<li>Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging skill demands in the upstream sector.</li>
<li>Recruiting potential candidates outside of Workrise using a variety of sources.</li>
<li>Selling potential candidates on the opportunity and value of Workrise to build pipeline of available workers in the energy market.</li>
<li>Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.</li>
<li>Partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and project timelines for upstream positions.</li>
<li>Collaborating with sales partners and leadership plan and execute the top priorities including sourcing and submittal of candidates.</li>
</ul>
<p>To succeed in this role, you will need:</p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of high-volume staffing experience, preferably within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on upstream roles.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Oil &amp; Gas, Energy and/or Skilled Trades industries.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize multiple priorities with varying deadlines.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain relationships through texting, (cold) calling, and flexible availability based on client base.</li>
<li>Clear communication both written and verbal.</li>

<li>Working on analysis and reporting topics, such as training usage or KPI dashboards, and supporting data-based decisions in the PE.</li>
<li>Working on various PE projects, preparing meetings, appointments, and documents - including close cooperation with trainers and efficient SharePoint management.</li>
</ul>
<p>To be well-prepared for your path as a work-study student at MHP, you should have the following qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Study in economics, educational science, adult education, vocational and business education, technical pedagogy, or economic psychology or a comparable course of study.</li>
<li>Passion for the further development of employees through training and digital learning formats, as well as for preparing content in a way that is understandable, appealing, and tailored to the target group. We also appreciate your curiosity about deriving insights from numbers and making the PE more effective.</li>
<li>Knowledge or first experiences in the HR field, particularly in personnel development, and a secure handling of MS Office 365.</li>
<li>Your working style is characterized by a high level of self-responsibility, a structured approach, creative thinking, and a strong team spirit.</li>
</ul>
