      <Description><![CDATA[<p>This role partners closely with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Enterprise Architects, and Integration teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce capabilities that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and data integrity across FordPro&#39;s global B2B sales channels.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce platform expertise with enterprise integration experience and strong DevOps discipline.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions aligned with FordPro commercial sales processes.</li>
<li>Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools.</li>
<li>Build scalable data models supporting fleet customers, multi-account hierarchies, and complex opportunity structures.</li>
<li>Optimise Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote, and Sales Agreement processes.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Implement and support integrations between Salesforce and Order Management Systems, Dealer Management Systems (DMS), ERP platforms, and Identity &amp; Access Management systems.</li>
<li>Utilise APIs (REST/SOAP), Platform Events, CDC, and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft).</li>
<li>Ensure consistent and authoritative data flow across FIN, ProID, SCAID, and related systems.</li>
<li>Support real-time and batch data synchronisation strategies.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Follow CI/CD best practices using DevOps or equivalent pipelines.</li>
<li>Support Dev, SIT, UAT, and Production deployment strategies.</li>
<li>Maintain version control and release governance.</li>
<li>Participate in code reviews and enforce engineering standards.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Implement validation, automation, and monitoring to ensure high data integrity.</li>
<li>Support master data management strategies for dealer and fleet accounts.</li>
<li>Contribute to governance frameworks around security, role hierarchy, and sharing models.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Diagnose and resolve system performance issues.</li>
<li>Optimise automation to avoid recursion, governor limits, and technical debt.</li>
<li>Monitor system health, integration reliability, and API limits.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Participate in SAFe / Agile ceremonies.</li>
<li>Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.</li>
<li>Provide technical documentation including solution diagrams and architecture artefacts.</li>
<li>Mentor junior developers and support technical upskilling across the team.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>4+ years Salesforce Sales Cloud engineering experience.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, SOQL/SOSL.</li>
<li>Experience with enterprise integrations and middleware (MuleSoft preferred).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules and role hierarchies, bulkification best practices.</li>
<li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based deployments.</li>
<li>Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).</li>
<li>Salesforce Platform Developer II or Sales Cloud Consultant (preferred).</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred Experience:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in automotive, fleet, or dealer network ecosystems.</li>
<li>Knowledge of order-to-cash and commercial sales lifecycle.</li>
<li>Experience with complex B2B account hierarchies.</li>
<li>Exposure to large-scale global Salesforce implementations.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Azure cloud infrastructure.</li>
</ul>
