<li>Consulting: Consult on the electrical/controls aspects during the introduction of new advanced technologies and specifications throughout Vehicle Operations.</li>
<li>Technical Service: Experience supporting equipment commissioning, startup, and system validation.</li>
</ul>

<p>As a Paint Engineering Electrical/Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for:</p>

<li>Developing and implementing electrical/controls systems for paint shops and other manufacturing facilities.</li>
<li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that electrical/controls systems meet safety and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Troubleshooting and resolving electrical/controls issues in paint shops and other manufacturing facilities.</li>
<li>Developing and maintaining documentation for electrical/controls systems.</li>
</ul>

      <Title>Manufacturing Technical Analyst – Controls</Title>
      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We&#39;re looking for a Manufacturing Technical Analyst – Controls to join our team at the Windsor Engine Plant/Essex Engine Plant. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for analyzing automation cycle times, managing project installations using Factory Information Systems software, and troubleshooting complex PLC, robotics, and automation system malfunctions.</p>
<p>You will maintain and update secure program backups for all automation equipment, develop and implement programming for new machining, gantry, and conveyor installations, and reprogram automation systems to support engineering changes and continuous improvements. You will also lead and organize automation-specific maintenance and upgrade initiatives.</p>
<p>To succeed in this role, you will need a college diploma or skilled-trade certificate of qualification, and at least 2 years&#39; experience working with PLCs and robots. You should be able to read blueprints, AutoCAD, interpret and modify electrical schematics, and be available to work in shifts as required.</p>
<p>If you have a bachelor&#39;s degree in engineering/applied science, experience with automation software and controls, and a comprehensive knowledge of lean manufacturing and six sigma principles, you will be well-suited for this role.</p>
<p>The expected annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00 - $124,000.00, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our Annual Compensation bonus program.</p>
