As a Digital Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, validating and documenting business requirements using various methods from shop visits to document analysis. Analyse, create, and communicate a compelling business strategy. Perform cost-benefit analysis, including associated risks
Understand business change needs for local and global systems, including software &amp; hardware
Identify efficiency actions across our Digital products to identify where we can utilise resources and systems already available in our product base
Work closely with Producers and Programme Managers to help identify risks and manage timelines.</p>
<p>Skills, Knowledge &amp; Expertise:</p>
<p>Experience defining solutions within a technical development environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with engineers, international support teams, and subject matter experts
Experience liaising and managing internal and external stakeholders
A highly organised, logical, and solutions-focused approach to the work, with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise competing activities
Able to work efficiently and effectively with a geographically-dispersed department and organisation, hosting and participating in online calls/meetings.</p>
