Our flagship brands are critical growth drivers.</p>\n<p><strong>What you&#39;ll be doing</strong></p>\n<p>As a Conversion Rate Optimisation Lead (CRO Lead), you will be a pivotal member of the Growth Squad, responsible for establishing, coordinating and scaling a best-in-class Growth CRO and experimentation program across the full funnel - from first click and landing pages through to checkout, onboarding and early-life engagement.</p>\n<p>This role is instrumental in improving CAC efficiency and LTV by driving higher conversion rates throughout the user journey and increasing test velocity across teams.</p>\n<p><strong>Experience that will put you ahead of the curve</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience building and scaling full-funnel CRO and experimentation programs within high-growth digital businesses.</li>\n<li>Expertise in A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, Adobe Target) and experimentation methodology.</li>\n<li>Strong foundation in statistics, test design and hypothesis-driven optimisation.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with analytics tools (GA, Adobe Analytics) and behavioural analytics (Hotjar, ContentSquare, Glassbox).</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and behavioural psychology as they drive conversion and user retention.</li>\n<li>Able to translate complex data into compelling commercial narratives.</li>\n<li>Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What&#39;s in it for you</strong></p>\n<p>The expected range for this role is £55,000 - £60,000.
