We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical FP&A Financial Analyst. Reporting to the Finance Director, the analyst will be responsible for contributing to financial forecasts, budget preparation, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organisation.

Your mission

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, as well as both short and long-term financial plans.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
• Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to facilitate decision-making.
• Contribute to the evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.

Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Your DNA

• University degree in Accounting, Management, or Business Administration;
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Experience working with databases and Power BI;
• Excellent proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly Excel;
• Comfortable with identifying, structuring, and manipulating financial and accounting information;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage pressure;
• Autonomous, rigorous, detail-oriented, and a team player;
• Recognised for being able to collaborate with various stakeholders;
• Comfortable in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment;
• Proficiency in French, spoken and written;
• Asset: CPA designation from the Quebec CPA Order;
• Asset: Analytical experience in operations monitoring;
• Asset: SQL Query programming expertise.
