These projects require Integration and Test Engineers with hands-on experience to drive the delivery of hardware-focused capabilities to our customers. Anduril I&T Engineers rapidly develop expertise in new domains in order to architect, design, deliver, support, and evolve next generation capabilities through the entire product life-cycle.

As an Integration and Test Engineer (Mechanical), you will work within a dynamic team of multidisciplinary engineers and specialists throughout the life of AUV design, integration, and test efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting design and integration of AUV mechanical subsystems and components, ensuring proper interfaces with electronic and software systems
  • Developing, building and operating physical integration environments and test fixtures to support system maturity efforts
  • Conducting root cause analysis for mechanical failures and implementing corrective actions
  • Providing mechanical subject matter expertise to test operations for AUV platforms, including conducting pre-mission testing, vehicle tasking, and data analysis
  • Writing, reviewing, and executing detailed test procedures to document the step-by-step execution of internal and customer-facing efforts to test and evaluate AUV subsystems, platforms, and new capabilities
  • Supporting infield debug, repair, operation, and maintenance of AUVs
  • May be in the field up to 20% of the time, supporting nearshore and offshore testing
