As a Senior Product Designer, you will sit at the intersection of product design, product thinking, and front-end engineering. You will help us scale and evolve Alchemy's UI system, owning core components, patterns, and implementation quality, while also jumping into product work when needed to unblock teams and raise the craft bar.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building production-quality prototypes to validate UX direction quickly
• Owning and evolving Alchemy's design system in practice
• Translating design intent into high-quality React/TypeScript UI
• Driving system scalability and proposing improvements
• Partnering closely with product designers and engineers to improve the craft and feasibility of design work

We are looking for a strong front-end fundamentals and comfort building interactive UI, with a systems-minded approach and a designer's eye for detail. You should be able to prototype quickly without sacrificing craft and choose the right fidelity for the question at hand. Clear communication across disciplines is essential.
