      <Description><![CDATA[<p>The Sales Program Manager within the Sales Organisation is responsible for driving successful customer engagement and end-to-end sales delivery in partnership with the Sales and Engineering leads. This role connects with battery energy storage customers and internal/external partners, building trusted relationships, identifying and addressing customer needs, and tracking/managing project milestones to ensure on time and on budget customer project deliveries.</p>
<p>You will coordinate activities across onsite cross-functional Sales, Business Development, Engineering, Finance, Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to ensure disciplined execution of large-scale projects , including schedule, cost, quality, and risk management.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<p>Customer Engagement &amp; Opportunity Development</p>
<p>Connect with BESS customers to build strong relationships, understand needs, and identify high-value project opportunities.</p>
<p>Work in partnership with the BESS Sales leads to build the Ford Energy pipeline through face-to-face customer communications, ensuring structured engagement throughout the program bidding process with consistent follow-through.</p>
<p>Enhance coordination and service across multiple customer contact windows, improving responsiveness and customer experience across the full lead-to-cash cycle, product delivery, and after-sales support.</p>
<p>Program Setup and Execution</p>
<p>Establish program teams consisting of Sales, Program Management, and Engineering to initiate customer program development and execution, and lead delivery with ownership of schedule, quality, cost, and risk management.</p>
<p>Partner with Sales team to define and align program plans to customer account strategy and expectations.</p>
<p>Help grow the Program Management function over time with a small team of program managers to scale Ford Energy to more customers and regions.</p>
<p>Cross-Functional Coordination</p>
<p>Coordinate activities across Sales, Engineering and other key stakeholders to confirm customer qualifications, engagement approach, and delivery of the BESS product according to contract terms.</p>
<p>Coordinate onsite colleagues from other departments and external parties (e.g., Engineering, Sales and Service) to ensure effective product commissioning and after-sales services execution.</p>
<p>Proactively drive issue resolution across multiple departments to maintain project progress and customer satisfaction.</p>
<p>Qualifications</p>
<p>Experience</p>
<p>8+ years of program/project management experience, ideally in customer-facing delivery environments.</p>
<p>5+ years of people leadership/team management experience.</p>
<p>Familiarity with BESS project business models and project development; preference for candidates with 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following:</p>
<p>Battery Energy storage systems (ESS)</p>
<p>Large Scale Electric Power / Utility projects</p>
<p>Li-ion battery-related projects</p>
<p>Education</p>
<p>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required</p>
<p>Operations Management, Business Management, Program Management preferred</p>

<p>Strong communication skills with clear logic, able to manage complex stakeholder environments and customer-facing discussions.</p>
<p>Strong data analysis and reporting skills; able to produce structured updates and executive-ready materials.</p>
