<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Designing regional frameworks for Executive ABM</li>
<li>Crafting tailored engagement plans for senior enterprise executives, startups, and ecosystem stakeholders</li>
<li>Managing Executive Hospitality &amp; Events, including overseeing end-to-end execution of executive events and ensuring they are strategic experiences designed to drive deeper account engagement and foster long-term client CxO level relationships</li>
<li>Leading Executive Programs for Corporate Events, including defining event objectives, success metrics, and scope for major executive programs</li>
<li>Developing strategies to build an authentic, authoritative presence for senior Stripe leaders on channels like LinkedIn, focusing on value-driven education rather than self-promotion</li>
</ul>
<p>To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of cultural nuances across hubs like Singapore, Tokyo, China, and Australia, as well as a commercial mindset and ability to navigate complex global structures and influence stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Communications.</p>
<p>You will also need to have 8+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience leading an Executive marketing function across multiple customer segments, including specific experience in executive content, event management, partnership marketing, and high-touch executive programs.</p>
<p>In addition, you will need to have a proven track record in defining and executing Executive marketing strategies that achieve funnel metrics and KPIs, strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills across functions.</p>

<p>The Director, Demand Generation will lead how we go to market with our executive integrated campaigns across key audiences , CIO, CTO, CDO, CISO, and CMO. <p>What we look for:</p>
<p>Experience: 10+ years of managing global integrated campaigns with direct pipeline accountability and a proven track record of exceeding targets. With experience in marketing to executive audiences.</p>
<p>Cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management: Proven ability to work with various cross-functional stakeholders to develop integrated programs that drive joint outcomes.</p>

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location.
