<li>Own the marketing events calendar across all Saudi properties , from ideation through day-of execution.</li>
<li>Plan and execute a range of programming: community activations involving marketing, brand moments, and property launches</li>
<li>Manage vendor relationships, logistics, timelines, and on-site production.</li>
<li>Coordinate across property teams to align scheduling, setup, and resident communications.</li>
<li>Ensure each event is on-brand, well-executed, and community-first.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Marketing &amp; Brand</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support and implement local marketing campaigns in line with global brand direction.</li>
<li>Own the local marketing calendar across events, partnerships, and campaigns.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the global content team to capture and distribute event content.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years in events, marketing, or brand , ideally across multiple venues or properties.</li>
<li>Strong execution skills , you&#39;re a self-starter who can run events independently from start to finish.</li>
<li>Experience with local partnership management.</li>
<li>Comfortable managing multiple properties and workstreams simultaneously.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and vendor management skills.</li>
<li>Culturally fluent , you understand the Saudi market and what resonates locally.</li>
<li>Familiarity with content creation, social media, and digital marketing.</li>
<li>Experience with AI and design tools (Claude, Canva, Adobe) a plus.</li>
<li>Arabic speaker strongly preferred.</li>
