<p>As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Trading Growth strategy for the Base App.</p>
<p>Your primary mission is to increase monthly active transacting users and trading market share by driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Own the Growth Engine: Lead the strategy and execution for acquisition and retention loops, including referral/affiliate programs, win-back flows, and gamification mechanics.</li>
</ul>

<li>Optimize Core Trading: Own end-to-end development for trading experiences.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Master the Engagement Loop: Co-own high-intent systems like Watchlists and Price Alerts with the Trading team, using them as hooks to drive users back into the app via a sophisticated, ML-driven push notification and CRM strategy.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experiment at Scale: Drive a rigorous data-driven culture by running A/B tests on onboarding funnels, abandonment flows, and notification delivery to continuously improve conversion and execution quality.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Build Growth Infrastructure: Oversee the “Growth Platform,” including the ML/policy layer for intelligent notifications, attribution tracking for paid marketing, and the Activity Tab UX.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to balance “0-to-1” trading primitives with “1-to-N” growth optimizations.</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>7+ years of Product Management experience, specifically within consumer-facing fintech, exchange, or onchain trading environments.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Growth Mastery: Proven track record of scaling products via lifecycle marketing, referral loops, and retention mechanics.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Trading Sophistication: Deep understanding of market structure, order types, execution quality, and liquidity.</li>
</ul>

<li>Analytical Rigor: Deep experience with data-driven development,defining North Star metrics, navigating attribution complexity, and running high-velocity experiments.</li>

<p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p>
<p>The Senior Platform Engineer – MuleSoft Platform &amp; Ops Automation is responsible for the stability, security, scalability, and automation of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform across cloud and hybrid environments. This role owns the operational health of enterprise integration services, ensuring reliable API and integration execution while reducing manual effort through automation. The role combines deep platform administration expertise with DevOps and operational leadership, acting as the escalation point for complex incidents and platform design decisions. Working closely with architecture, application engineering, DevOps, and security teams, this role ensures MuleSoft remains a resilient, compliant, and high-performing enterprise integration platform.</p>
<p><strong>How You Make an Impact (Job Accountabilities)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the operational stability, performance, and availability of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform across production and non-production environments</li>
<li>Administer and optimize MuleSoft Runtime Manager, API Manager, Access Management, AnypointMQ, RPA, Intelligent Document Processing, Partner Manager, and Runtime Fabric or CloudHub deployments</li>
<li>Administer and optimize use of Design Center, Exchange, and Anypoint Experience Hub for presentation and consumption of APIs to internal and external audiences.</li>
<li>Monitor, report, and forecast on MuleSoft platform consumption to ensure accuracy in budget forecasting and environment expansion based on platform licensing.</li>

<li>Plan and execute MuleSoft platform upgrades, patches, and capacity scaling initiatives</li>
<li>Collaborate with infrastructure, security, network, application, DevOps, and architecture teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable integration solutions</li>
<li>Engage with MuleSoft Account Managers, committees, and/or user groups to stay ahead of platform changes, new capabilities, and emerging technologies</li>
<li>Manage platform documentation in tools such as LeanIX and ServiceNow CMDB</li>
<li>Architect, implement, and support Disaster Recovery plans for the MuleSoft application environments</li>

<p><strong>What You Bring to the Role (Qualifications)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Seven (7) or more years of experience supporting enterprise-class applications, middleware, or integration platforms</li>
<li>Three (3) or more years of hands-on administration and engineering of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform</li>
<li>Strong experience operating MuleSoft in production environments including CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, or hybrid deployments</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Code, Container, and Artifact Repository tools such as Bitbucket, Github, Maven, JFrog, or similar</li>
<li>Experience with CI/CD automation tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Sonarqube, or similar</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with API-led connectivity, REST and SOAP web services, RAML, and OpenAPI</li>
