<li>Cybersecurity &amp; Quality Assurance: Enforce compliance with automotive cybersecurity standards (ISO/SAE 21434) and software quality processes (ASPICE). Champion the implementation of robust diagnostics and fault management strategies across the power supply system.</li>
<li>Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Champion: Lead and guide the team through complex, cross-functional Root Cause Analysis (8D, 5 Whys) for high-severity issues.
