We are seeking purpose-driven professionals who are experienced in driving Organizational Change Management as a part of large international digital transformations. Responsibilities

• Working on large-scale international business transformation programs for our clients, focused on organization transformations, digital- and ERP implementations, Business Process Outsourcing.

• As an Organizational Change Manager, you are an integral part of a larger project team, focused on ensuring successful client delivery through customer experience.

• Bring in your change expertise to our clients and guide their stakeholders on the change journey.

• Develop and implement change strategies & plans, conduct change impact- and change readiness assessments, manage client stakeholders on all levels, plan and execute communications and organize training programs.

• Work as part of the Talent & Organization team and contribute to the development of our Organizational Transformation methodology and knowledge assets.

• Contribute to proposal creation and development of our service offerings in the area of Organizational Transformation.

You will also design and adopt solutions for identified gaps and business process improvement measures, ensuring system implementation together with near-/offshore team members.

• S/4HANA project experience and/or certification
• Preferably experienced in international template rollout projects
• Efficient and communicative team player and self-starter
• Willingness to travel and an excellent command of English
