You will also need demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities, evidence of process development and improvement, strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.</p>
<p>Experience supporting customer engagements in defence, aerospace, or high-technology environments is preferred, as well as background in project management or event operations, experience working with executive stakeholders, familiarity with secure facilities or government customer visit protocols, and experience developing process documentation or playbooks.</p>

<p>They will also ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and licenses, conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols, coordinate security measures and emergency response plans, and design strategies to enhance attendee satisfaction.</p>
<p>The Event Operations Director will utilise event management software and digital tools to streamline operations, implement solutions such as event apps, registration systems, and virtual platforms, and conduct evaluations to assess performance against objectives.</p>
